Refund Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
The short version
If you bought something and it wasn’t what you expected, tell us within 14 days and we’ll make it right — unused credits are always refunded in full during that window. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
As a consumer buying at a distance, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Credits are delivered to your account immediately after purchase; at checkout you expressly request that the service begins right away.
- If you withdraw and your credits are unused, you get a full refund.
- If you withdraw after using part of the credits, we deduct an amount proportional to the credits consumed and refund the rest, as provided by EU consumer law on services performed during the withdrawal period.
To withdraw, any clear statement is enough — an email saying you want to cancel the purchase does the job. You may also use the model withdrawal form under EU law; we’ll send it to you on request.
Subscription renewals
Forgot to cancel? If no credits have been used in the new billing period, contact us within 14 days of the renewal and we’ll refund it.
How to request a refund
- Email support@endroll.ai with the email address you purchased under, or
- use the receipt Paddle emailed you at purchase — it contains a link to Paddle’s buyer support for the order.
Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer under EU law or the law of the country you live in.
