Terms of Service
Last updated: July 5, 2026
1. Who we are
Endroll is operated by RagingRam Oy, a limited company registered in Finland (Business ID 2944344-6, registered office Jermunkuja 13, 08700 Lohja, Finland) (“Endroll”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@endroll.ai. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or credits, or using the Endroll software, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Endroll is an AI-assisted video editor. It consists of (a) software that runs on your own computer and indexes, edits and renders your video footage locally, (b) a browser interface for controlling it, and (c) AI-powered features (such as script writing and automated cutting) that run through our servers and consume credits.
3. Accounts
You need an account to purchase and use credits. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. You are responsible for keeping your login and paired devices secure, and for all activity under your account. One account is for one person (or one seat within a team plan); accounts are not transferable.
4. Orders, billing and taxes
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Applicable taxes (such as VAT) are determined and collected by Paddle at checkout.
Credits are delivered to your account immediately after a successful purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If we change subscription prices, we will notify you in advance, the new price applies no earlier than your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
5. Credits
- Subscriptions include a monthly credit allowance. Unused monthly allowance credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.
- Top-up credits purchased separately remain available for as long as your account is active.
- Credits are consumed by AI-powered operations only. Local editing, indexing and rendering never consume credits.
- When your balance reaches zero, credit-consuming features pause until you top up or your allowance renews. Local editing keeps working.
- Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money except as described in our Refund Policy.
6. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Endroll software for editing your own video projects for the duration of your subscription. You may not:
- distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the software or any part of it;
- decompile, reverse engineer or translate the software except to the extent expressly permitted by mandatory law (including interoperability provisions);
- remove or circumvent credit, licensing or identification mechanisms;
- use the software to develop a competing product.
7. Your content
Your footage and the videos you produce with Endroll are yours. We claim no ownership of your material or your output. The software processes your media files locally on your machine; only text-based control requests (such as prompts, transcripts and text digests of your footage) are sent to our servers for the AI features. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the footage, music and other material you edit with Endroll, and for using the service in compliance with applicable law.
8. Ownership
The Endroll software, its architecture, prompts, models, and documentation are the property of RagingRam Oy. These terms grant you a right to use the software; they do not transfer any intellectual property to you.
9. Early access
Endroll is under active development. Features, credit consumption rates and plan contents may change as the product evolves. We will communicate material changes to paying customers in advance. If a change materially degrades a service you have paid for, you may terminate your subscription and receive a proportional refund for the remaining period, as provided by EU rules on digital content and services.
10. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory law, the software is provided “as is” and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, nothing in these terms limits your statutory remedies for a lack of conformity of digital content or services, or your other statutory consumer rights.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms (including circumventing credit mechanisms). Sections 6–8 and 10 survive termination.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time for valid reasons, such as changes in law, in our services or in payment processing. We will post the updated version on this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email before they take effect. If you do not accept a material change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country you live in. If a dispute cannot be resolved by contacting us, consumers in Finland can contact the Consumer Advisory Services (kkv.fi/kuluttajaneuvonta) and refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). Consumers in other EU/EEA countries can use the alternative dispute resolution body of their own country.
